Terms & Conditions

1. The Booking

Your contract is with UTS INFOTECH. A binding contract is formed when your selected tour is confirmed, and we receive your completed and signed booking form along with the required deposit. All relevant sections of the booking form must be accurately and fully completed. By signing the booking form, you and all members of your group confirm acceptance of our terms and conditions, thereby entering into a formal contract with us.

2. Deposit

A deposit of 25% of the total tour cost per person is required upon submission of the signed booking form to confirm your reservation.

3. Payment

Payments can be made to UTS INFOTECH using the following methods:

  • Cash
  • Cheque
  • Demand Draft
  • Credit Card (a 3% surcharge will apply, which will be added to your invoice)
  • Electronic Money Transfer

For bookings made within 10 working days of the tour departure, full payment will be required immediately.

4. Balance Payment

Once we receive your completed booking form and deposit, an invoice will be sent along with a receipt for the deposit paid. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 28 days prior to the tour departure date.

For bookings made within 14 working days of the tour departure, full payment is due at the time of booking. Failure to make the full payment by the specified deadline will result in the cancellation of your booking, and cancellation charges will apply as outlined below.

5. Cancellation Policy

If you or any member of your group wishes to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing. The cancellation notice must be signed by the person who completed the booking form. The following cancellation charges will apply:

More than 28 Days Deposit only
27-14 Days 50% of the tour cost
13-07 Days 75% of the tour cost
06 Days or Less 100% of the tour cost

6. Changes to Your Booking

If you wish to make any changes to your travel arrangements after the confirmation invoice has been issued, we will try our best to accommodate your requests. However, please note that changes may not always be possible.

7. Liability

UTS INFOTECH does not own or control hotels, transportation, or other facilities included in the tour package. As the operator of the package tour, we cannot be held liable in the following circumstances:

  • Where there has been no fault on the part of the company, supplier, or agents.
  • Where failures in performance are attributable to the customer.
  • Where failures are due to a third party not connected with the provision of the holiday.
  • Where failures are caused by unusual and unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control.
  • Where failures are due to events that neither the company nor its suppliers could foresee or prevent despite all due care.

We take all reasonable steps to ensure that our services meet acceptable standards and that the information provided on our website is accurate and reliable.
